Do I have to be home for the Window Clean?

No, we are happy to complete the service if you are unable to meet us at the property. Just advise us of how to enter the property in the booking tab, under “alternative access method”. Please note, payment must be pre-paid via the booking website.

What methods of payment are available?

We issue an invoice after the service is completed, or have an Eftpos machine that we bring to site. Cash is also acceptable, but please ensure you have the exact amount, as we do not carry change.

Can I set up a re-occuring booking?

Yes, absolutely! This is a great way to ensure your windows stay sparkling clean while taking away the hassle of booking, you can email us to arrange on your behalf.

You will be sent a reminder email/txt 1-2 days before the clean occurs.

What is a "Pure Water" system?

Normal tap water contains minerals & chemicals that leave streaks on the glass once the water evaporates away. The pure-water system uses an advanced filtration system to remove these deposits, and wash your windows with pure, clean water, providing an exceptional finish. The Pure Water system is suitable for exterior use only.

Do you use Bio-Degradable cleaners?

Yes! We only use bio-degradable, eco friendly cleaners on your window panes.

Do you offer "Post Construction Window Clean" Services?

Yes, we do. Please select the window clean for the correct house size, as per the main booking screen, then select the add on service “Post Construction Window Clean”. This additional service needs to be selected or the service may not be carried out.
